This test started on the 16th. Select internet is available, others are completely down. I am surprised that blogger works, especially my site, which is heavily shadow banned. Hmmmm "Internet Test" much anyone?
UPDATE: I grabbed maybe 15 screen caps as this mostly local event went on. Wisconsin is a "swing state" in many ways, a test ground whilst also a battle field.
